HEALTHY HABITS | daily habits to improve your health & life

 


Some very healthy habits that have, you know, improved my health in my life. I think that they will do the same for you as well. A big thank you to I hope for partnering up with me on prioritizing homemade meals over-packaged foods as much as possible is the best way to know what you are eating when you make food from scratch. You know all the ingredients.


 You know the measurements, and you're in total control of what you are putting into your body. one of the best ways to make sure that we are making homemade meals as much as possible is to be stocked up one of my favorite quotes. If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food, and it's very, very accurate when you have healthy options around you, you are much more likely to make healthy choices and eat better foods.


 Health is essential to me, as a lot of you all know, because I have had my fair share of digestive woes. Our digestive system is one of the essential parts of our whole body. There are so many things that we can do regularly to support the health. The obvious ones like avoiding overly processed foods or gut your attend like too much alcohol or too much sugar drinking lots of water or Bionic rich foods. Another way that I like to support my gut as well is through something called collagen peptides. I have this one here by vital proteins. I love it This is the one that I always have in my pantry, and collagen is excellent.


 If you're not familiar with it, it's an excellent source of protein. Hence, it's perfect to have the first thing to help you feel full and satiated in the morning. Still, it's really good for our gut lining's integrity also perfect for joist support. Our skin health because it's water-soluble it dissolves in any liquid. It's also wholly tasteless, so super easy to use that many people will add it to their coffee. I have a gut-healing smoothie recipe that is my favorite, and I like to add collagen to that.


 All I do is I take a couple of spoonfuls of hemp seeds, and I blend that with about a cup of water to make hemp milk and some frozen strawberries and about half to a full scoop of the collagen powder, and that's all you do it's delicious. I could not mention this point here: drinking lots and lots of fluids every day. Starting your day with water is an excellent way to rehydrate. because we're offering a little bit dehydrated after sleeping through the night great for energy levels as well, water is the only way to get enough fluids into your day. 

Another one of my favorite ways to get lots of fluids is through herbal teas. I love herbal tea like peppermint fennel ginger. I love chai tea herbs that contain all kinds of medicinal properties, which is excellent as well sleep.  I have to say for most of my life, I've been quite a night owl, but I've done breathe fully well the past few months at going to bed regular an earlier time around 11:00 p.m. or so works really well for me and anytime that I get a perfect night'. 


I'm always so much more refreshed that my energy levels are a lot better. I feel energized in the morning. I have a lobetter mental clarity because the cool better happens at n.ight because our brains who themselves are one of the rthe easons why we feel refreshed and we the mreasonstter mental clarity or mental stamina. Yout's sleep positive thinking is so powerful that it helps us feel happier to feel good about ourselves and our lives, and I've talked about this many times. How we believe what we continually tell ourselves that's how we foster negative thought patterns, or that's how we foster positive thought patterns. One of my favorite ways to implement positive thinking into my life e is to replace a negative thought with a positive one and say the opposite often can help listen to the various signs and signals that our body tells us. 

Whether you're feeling tired or you an upset stomach after eating a certain food, or your skin is breaking out. You're feeling down about something or exhausted, great by being aware of how we feel. We can make the necessary changes to feel better and to do. 

What we need to do is a really good idea to work with a professional or practitioner to help you sort things out. If you're a little bit unsure, but regardless it's all about listening to your boan excellent honoring what works for you and what doesn't. When it comes to the food choices that I make, they are largely based on how I feel el when I eat t, hat, and why letting go of diet labels has been significant for me. 

There have been numb several that I've eliminated my d t. Because they don't work well for me and there have also been many foods that ivory introduced into my diet, they do vital for me, for my body finds the exercise you enjoy. One of the reasons why different exercises like going on the treadmill or the elliptical have been so hard for me in my life. Because I don't enjoy it, I've never really enjoyed those sorts of things, so I made it recently to find an activity that I really enjoyed doing, and for me that is ballet.


I started taking ballet a couple of mon ago, just this past summer, and I loved it. I love to dance, ng, so I've been able to combine it. I really like doing with a form of movement and activity and that something that I rest. If you find certain forms s of exercise hard for you to find your thing. It is effortless to get distracted in this .digital age and trust me, I can completely relate but that's why it's so important In off your phone or at least turn-off notifications and be present with. 

Whatever it is that's in front of you. Whether that's having a vacation with somebody or you're even outside for a walk, doing this enriches the quality of the experiences we have with others. We improve our focus and our attention span. We nourish our well-being when were present. The last healthy habit that I want t,o share with you all today is to create your motivation. The truth is that we are not always going to feel natural.

very motivated or inspired about doing something. A habit that I developed over probably the past year or two is to push myself to do. What it is that I got to do even if I'm feeling unmotivated and whether it be mundane things like the dishes or paying a bill or work. You have to do, or you're working on a hobby that you love or a project sometimes we can't always rely on waiting to feel motivated or inspired.

 I have found that by pushing myself, I'm able to overcome what's setting me back. I can realize that it wasn't that hard to begin with. It gives me the momentum to continue moving forward. It's often that a more natural influx of motivation or inspiration follows, so those are all of the healthy habits. I would love to hear from you what is one healthy habit that has improved.
